Social Skills Groups

Social Skills Groups are designed for children and young adults ages 7–21 with a range of special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), other developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities.

Groups meet once per week in Flanders, NJ and consist of 4–6 participants to ensure individualized attention. Each group is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and supported by 1–2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Participants are thoughtfully matched with peers who share similar communication, social, and leisure skills, allowing for meaningful connections and effective skill development in a supportive environment.

These social skills groups are covered by most health insurance plans for children with an ASD diagnosis. Private pay options are also available for children with other diagnoses.

Your child will be taught communication and social skills using the principles of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) . These skills will be individualized to your child.
